The Ripple Map

Every action has consequences that radiate outward. Some return.

Who else is affected by what I do, whether I intend it or not?

In short: I am not the only one affected by what I do. Ignoring the ripples does not stop them. Mapping them is not paranoia. It is responsibility.

The Core Insight

Every action sends ripples outward: immediate, delayed, witnessed, emotional, and into my own identity. Most ripples are invisible to me. But they are real. Mapping them is not about paralysis — it is about choosing with full awareness.

The Practices

Each practice is a deep investigation. Click through to read the full protocol.

2

Map the Delayed Ripples

The Counterfeit

"I have obsessed over consequences and called it responsibility." Ripple mapping is not about paralysis or guilt. It is about seeing clearly so I can choose intentionally. If mapping leads to inaction and shame, I have mistaken analysis for accountability.
